Amazing view of the volcano from the balcony/terrace. The restaurant serves delicious food, especially the sweet and sour chicken. The owners are very helpful and arrange everything for your needs.
Mornings can be a bit noisy due to the sounds of roosters, dogs, the mosque, and the school outside. The chairs in the restaurant make some noise when moved.

The view from our room on the top floor was stunning, especially with the volcano in the backdrop. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the small verandah, taking in the beautiful scenery. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for our trip. Additionally, the hot water shower was a welcome relief after a week of cold showers during our trip.
That the toilets didn't have nets on the windows, allowing insects to come in. This was a bit inconvenient and led to some surprising encounters during showers.

The family-owned hotel provides exceptional service, organizing trips and offering English communication skills. They even delivered a forgotten bag to us. The owner and his wife are genuinely lovely people, making the stay delightful. The guide provided by the hotel was knowledgeable and went above and beyond. The rooms are clean, with great views and a lovely shared patio. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.
All was good.

During our stay in Bajawa, we had the pleasure of staying at Bajawa-Roo. The staffs were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a beautiful view from the big balcony. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the pancakes. We were pleasantly surprised to find a French press for coffee, a rarity in Flores. The owner, Mozes, even took us on an amazing excursion, showcasing the traditional villages and culture of the area. a fantastic experience that we can't recommend highly enough.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Bajawa-Roo and its wonderful team made me feel right at home. the manager, a very kind woman, always went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. the breakfast was absolutely delightful, with homemade dishes like omelettes, green pancakes with coconut, and fresh fruits. They even helped us arrange local drivers to explore the beautiful surrounding areas of Bajawa. I highly recommend this hotel for its calm atmosphere and friendly staff.
Nothing negative to say at all! 😊.
